I appreciated the medical oversight, it felt really important to me. What I didn’t expect was the high level of communication. This company really is exceptional in this area, and they are super easy to get in contact with. With the medical oversight and attention to detail with their patients and affordable pricing, I’ve been incredibly happy so far!

Tried everything before Contrave but nothing worked long-term. Down 25 pounds in 3 months and still losing steadily.
Just started the meds, so I don’t know if they are going to work. First week I could tell my appetite was curved. As far as the team getting the meds to me, quick and great customer service.
Have not started my meds yet but so far the customer service is top notch. Received my product promptly wrapped and ready to go. The communication is great.i was a little confused at first on dosing as the text messages varied from the instructions from the doctors appt but found out it was a generalized dosing schedule.
Made a phone call and they pulled my chart and reviewed with me. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was pretty easy. paid the fee and had my appt a few days later, once I spoke with DR spoke with the pharmacy a few hours later. Medicine on the way- Hopefully just as easy to use the medicine.

Ease of the entire process rates 5☆'s. Staff are wonderful to talk with. You can ask hard questions and get good answers. Quick response times to emails as well. Fast delivery. Overall as of now completely satisfied.

The reason why I gave you all 5 stars was truly based on communication. Just to be able to speak to a live person. I received several text and my first thought was no one would respond back to my text. That was not the case. I did hear back from a representative. That was so nice for the timely response.

I am only on my second month but the service I have received is excellent! I had a fed x driver leave my meds in garage without notification and it was in the high 90s , I was so disappointed, called and the staff at lifRX were outstanding, and I received my replacement meds. Thank you life RX

I have tried amble and other avenues for tripeptide. Your company has been 110% on point from the very beginning to a lost shipment by FedEx and replacing it immediately and the customer service specifically RJ has been over the top. I am the VP of sales and customer service in the interior design field and I have 62 customer service people under me and I have never experienced such flawless customer service than I received from RJ. He needs a raise. He needs a promotion.

The whole process from the initial registration, to the virtual consultation followed by a call from the pharmacist was on point! The consultation was very informative and they made sure I was starting a journey with the best method that would be effective for me.

My experience was that it was a simple process and to the point. Not a lot of add ons when you got into the site trying to sell you on other products or services. The physician consult was scheduled and right on time. Concise but thorough I felt. Shipping was reasonable. However, I am concerned about keeping the product cool with summer delivery. Ice packs were starting to melt on arrival. So far so good!
I have tried several companies and this is the first company that seemed to really care about my health. Their communication was great and they delivered at every step.
Really felt like the NP I spoke with listen to me and my concerns. Answered my questions. Short and sweet but not rushed.
